Nairobi Administration Office:
Calvary Greetings from Nairobi administration office and Hope centers we continue to pray and thank God for his blessing and protection, we continue to thank God for his protection for our hope centers communities and children, they are all safe and continue rejoicing as we always give thanks for his gracious love to us all even during hard situation of economy inflation and drought. We give thanks now we received rains and normacy is coming back to our communities after long drought
Education-Special Ministries Schools and Feeding Program
Our second term in school is going well. We continue to thank all our donors for the sponsorship of our student at Kimelok and Osegel.Bible club doing very well in Osegel it has been an month for us as we continue empowering our student to work hard in school and as well making them know Christ through our Friday pastoral program conducted by our pastor at the hope center schools. Next term we are looking for Saturday bible club in Kimelok.
School feeding program has attracted a lot of children to continue keeping student in school especially the pre- school kids, these all because of your support, many of these children only get one meal at home. The School Feeding program will not only help to improve the children’s nutrition and overall health, but will also help raise attendance, end tardiness, and increase enrollment in the month of May Osegel School school received Water filters from our sister school, Borculo Christian. Teachers, parents and School board of management were happy to witness the distribution.
Drought Food for families Distribution program
We continue to thank God for the continued food provision from our donors enabling Special Ministries to reach the most affected on communities on our monthly food distribution to families and communities. At least now we have received rainfall and animal are healthy and ready for markets. Our food distribution to our hope centers for the months have been a blessing, families continued receiving food and giving thanks for the provision. We like to thank all our donor who stood with us during the long drought periods.
Many families survived the drought since the start of food distribution all because of your support. People continue receiving Christ, our chapel Sunday large attendance and praise God as we expand his kingdom here on earth through our hope centers projects. Thank you our pastors for all your commitment and spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ even to the unreached. Our May food distribution was our last distribution now that we have received enough rainfall.
Health-IL-Kerin Medical clinic
Praise God, IL-kerin medical clinic started its operation in the month of May, it was a great joy for the community as they praised God for the opening. The clinic is fully operational with staff who are fully available to treat any illness within the community. Our pharmacy is fully equipped with all drugs and computers installed to ease registration for automated records. We once again thank our donors and supporters for the great milestone. Medical clinic opening in ILkerin have really brought a lot of unity among the communities.
Water Kiosks
Our water kiosk at ILkerin hope center is fully operational as the community is getting clean and safe water, thanks again to our donors for making this possible. Water kiosk at Kimelok is almost ready and we are looking forward for it being operational by this month for the community to receive water, We thank God many thing are happening for his glory and honor as we continue to win souls for Christ in our project implementation as our pastor spreading the gospel of Christ even at the project sites
Pastor Reports
Our pastors are doing a recommendable job to ensure that they preach the gospel to the people in our hope centers and the neighboring villages through weekly outreaches, through this so many souls were saved and brought to Christ, we keep on praying for God guidance towards their work and God to give them strength and wisdom To serve and spread the Gospel.
Ruai Project.
We had stopped French beans planting because we are running at loss and same time incurring a lot of expenses and not making any profit all. An alternative crop like onions, cabbages and beans are our next income generating activities crop. Planting onions and cabbages on pilot basis and did well. Planting of this variety of crop will also help to increase the soil nutrient after long planting of French beans with chemical that has loosening the soil productivity? This week we will carry out soil testing so as we start our land preparation by the month of August.
