Hope Centers

Church Homes, Christian Schools, Fresh Water, Healthcare…the Hope of Jesus!

HOPE

The Great Famine of 1984 brought drought and starvation to Kenya. The effects are still experienced today! Helping Kenya Kids brings the Hope of Jesus Christ to the people of Kenya through life sustaining resources. Hope Centers are being established throughout rural Kenya to empower the citizens of all ages in these communities by ensuring spiritual growth providing food, Christian education and affordable medical care.

The Hope Center begins with the establishment of a church. Following this, the pastor and community assess the additional services needed in the area - medical center, christian school and fresh water. Helping Kenya Kids supports the development of these resources. The Hope Center becomes the heart of a thriving community.

What are Hope Centers?

A circular infographic divided into four sections with icons and labels: church at the top, water drops on the left, medical cross at the bottom, and a stack of books with a graduation cap on the right. The icons represent church, water, medical clinic, and Christian school.

Helping Kenya Kids and Special Ministries (based in Kenya) work together to build the services needed in the community. All Hope Center services are provided by skilled and dedicated Kenyans.

Hope Center Success

Helping Kenya Kids provides essential operational resources and support to help establish thriving Hope Centers in Kenya. Partnering with knowledgable and passionate Kenyans, life and hope is restored to their communities.

Once a Hope Center is flourishing, Helping Kenya Kids shifts its focus to identifying another area in Kenya where assistance is most needed. This ensures that support continuously reaches those who require it the most.
